Join us at The Chef's Table on November 26th for our Member Lunch Meeting, Business Cares Kick-off and Speakers including:

  • Anthony Passarelli, Lead Economist (Southern Ontario) from CMHC (Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation) who will take an in-depth look at the London Housing Market comparing last year to this year and giving insight into some of the current housing trends in Ontario and around Canada and what they are seeing from a housing start perspective across the country.
  • Anny Le from CMHC's Multi-Unit Housing division will also speak about the CMHC MLI select program, an innovative multi-unit mortgage loan insurance product focused on affordability, accessibility, and climate compatibility. 
  • Larry McKenzie, from the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul (SSVP) will share details on their affordable housing initiative to build a 73-unit affordable housing apartment building in northeast London in response to the chronic and acute affordable housing crisis in London. 
  • And finally, Wayne Dunn along with some of our LHBA Business Cares Grocery Store Captains will update us on this year's events and London Food Bank campaign.

Registration will open at 11:30 followed by lunch and speakers starting at 12:00 sharp.

Member tickets are complimentary (this is for the FULL and ASSOCIATE members on file only). 

Guest tickets are available for $75.

*Please note, the RSVP deadlines for our events are based around our venue and food ordering deadlines. As a not-for-profit, we strive to keep costs down in order to maximize the reach and offerings of the organization. Please be mindful that the Association still pays for your place at an event if you choose to not attend or cancel your place past the RSVP deadline. Guest ticket cancellations after the RSVP deadline date or no-shows will be invoiced to the member. Thank you for your understanding.
