February 2025 Member Dinner Meeting

Description

Join us at Sunningdale Golf & Country Club on February 13th for our Member Dinner Meeting. Enjoy an evening of networking, dinner and speakers including:

  • Jared Zaifman, LHBA CEO - With the election on the horizon, hear from our CEO on the political landscape, who is running in our ridings and which issues are taking centre stage in this election campaign.
  • John S. Fanous, Head of Omni-Channel Retail at Google Canada who will share insights on how their AI Gemini can reduce costs and save time by reducing risk, optimizing materials and reducing waste for Contractors and how AI is already delivering design dreams for the DIY Consumer and helping navigate the building code. 
  • Brad Laking and John Drahushchak, construction teachers from Holy Cross Catholic Secondary School which is part of the London District Catholic School Board, who will share their unique Home Build Program where senior construction students spend a semester working with a local builder to construct a house. They recently spent two years partnering with Strathroy Hospital Foundation building semi-detached homes which are being sold to raise money for an MRI machine. They are currently seeking a new build to collaborate on. 

We'll also spotlight a few of our members during cocktail hour.

Due to venue deadlines, late confirmations may not be accepted for this event.

*Please note, the RSVP deadlines for our events are based around our venue and food ordering deadlines. As a not-for-profit, we strive to keep costs down in order to maximize the reach and offerings of the organization. Please be mindful that the Association still pays for your place at an event if you choose to not attend or cancel your place past the RSVP deadline. Guest ticket cancellations after the RSVP deadline date or no-shows will be invoiced to the member. Thank you for your understanding.
