Thank you for applying to be a part of the 35th LHBA Parade of Renovations taking place on Sunday October 5, 2025. Please read all of the following details fully before applying. 

Registration Deadline: June 6, 2025

Please complete a registration for each property you wish to enter into the parade.

Application Details:
Please fill out the application accurately and in full as these details will be used within marketing materials for the parade campaign.To apply, Renovators must be RenoMark Verified through CHBA - www.chba.ca/renomarkverify 

Parade Dates:
Sunday October 5, 2025
11AM - 4PM

Registration Fees:
$1000+HST per property
$750+HST per property for additional registrations
$750+HST for first ever registrants

Payment for parade registration (if not already paid by credit card) is due by June 6, 2025.

Proceeds from this year's Parade will be donated to Threads of Life who also offer volunteers to help at the event.

Marketing Materials Required:
Due no later than July 4, 2025 to be included in ALL marketing collateral. Materials received post July 4 will be included where possible based on publishing and printing deadlines from our partners. Please email your assets to amoss@lhba.on.ca:

• Company Logo (high resolution version and PNG/JPEG version if able)
• At least 1 before and 1 after photo of the property/project labelled with the site address
• 50 word marketing/project description

Ticket Sales:
Visitor Tickets will go on sale in the summer.
