2026-27 LHBA Member Spotlight Application

Application Details:
Apply for the opportunity to showcase your company, products and services to our members and their guests as an exhibitor at one of LHBA's Dinner Meetings.

Opportunity Details: 

  • Arrive 1/2 hour before the start of the event to set-up your display 
  • 6’ table available for display and information ~ signage encouraged 
  • Member representative to be available at your display table
  • LHBA will share your involvement on social media and at the event 
  • Cost - $250+HST (You will be invoiced if selected to display, payment is due prior to event) 
  • A maximum of 4 member spotlights per event as space permits

Dinner Meeting Dates and Application Deadlines*: 

  • September 10, 2026 @ Sunningdale Golf Club DINNER - spotlight table from 5:00-6:00 during cocktail hour (application deadline September 1)
  • April 15, 2027 @ The Hunt Club DINNER & AGM - spotlight table from 5:00-6:00 during cocktail hour (application deadline April 7)

*In order to ensure a good mix of displays, selection is at LHBA staff discretion and on a first come first served basis.
