February 2026 Member Lunch Meeting

Join us at Sunningdale Golf & Country Club on February 12th for our Member Lunch Meeting. Enjoy networking, lunch and speakers including:

• Marlon Bray, Executive Vice-President at Clark construction Management Inc. A chartered quantity surveyor by trade, Marlon has almost 30 years of experience in the Construction and Development field and will speak to "The Math Ain't Mathing" ; addressing how Canadians are being played but are distracted worrying about ‘trivial’ things like being able to feed the family, keep their job, afford the next payment and not the necessarily the economics of home development. Distracted people, make great participants in the housing Ponzi system. That distraction also makes people susceptible to the delusional housing policies sounding like they might work. Layer in “the math ain’t mathing” on development and we have a slight issue on our hands.
• The Children's Health Foundation will also provide an update on our Partners Building Hope Campaign - a shared initiative between CHF and LHBA's Lifestyle Home Show; sharing the final donation amount and how the money will be used to  help launch the Jahnke Family Paediatric Oncology Centre of Excellence at Children’s Hospital, London Health Sciences Centre, ushering in a new era of care.
