Join us for our upcoming Women in Construction Sip & Social event, hosted by LHBA's Women in Construction Committee in partnership with Casey’s Creative Kitchens. 

Event Details:

Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM for Networking, Guest Speaker & Light Refreshments
Location: Casey’s Creative Kitchens Showroom (3537 White Oak Rd, London)
Member and Guest Tickets: $35 +HST

This event is a dedicated opportunity to connect, share stories, and foster meaningful conversation with fellow women from across the home building industry. Whether you are looking to support professional growth, make new industry connections, or introduce an emerging leader from your team to our community, we would love to see you there.

We will also welcome special guest speaker, Luiza Whelan, owner and founder of Willow & Lace Home, a curated home and lifestyle shop in Mount Brydges, who will share her journey and explore the art of "Repurposing Your Home," sharing sustainable interior design tips that turn spaces into beautiful, functional, and memorable environments while saving landfills.

More on our Guest Speaker: 
Luiza Whelan is the owner and founder of Willow & Lace Home, a curated home and lifestyle shop in Mount Brydges. Her background is in sales and business development, and has had the opportunity to work with HGTV on The Emily Michelle Project. Luiza’s European roots and lifelong love of interiors, vintage pieces and meaningful spaces inspired her to open Willow & Lace, a place where people can feel inspired and discover thoughtfully chosen pieces for their homes, as well as special gifts for others. Supporting other women has always been important to Luiza. Through the shop, she loves collaborating with local makers, artisans and fellow small-business owners, sharing opportunities and encouraging women to trust their creativity and follow their own path.

As a not-for-profit, we strive to keep costs down in order to maximize the reach and offerings of the organization. Please be mindful that the Association still pays for your place at an event if you choose to not attend or cancel your place past the RSVP deadline. Ticket cancellations after the RSVP deadline date or no-shows will be invoiced to the member. Thank you for your understanding.
